It’s a wonderful season to enjoy everything Westport has to offer - beautiful coastline, parks and recreation, art and entertainment, philanthropies and charities, world-class shopping and restaurants, to name a few.
Every day I’m thankful to live in a town as wonderful as ours, among some of the most inspiring and creative minds in our country. As First Selectwoman, I’m proud to be a part of ensuring it remains the best place to live, work and play in the region, where everyone is welcomed and feels like they belong.
When asked what makes Westport so special, I can say without hesitation that it is you - our residents and business owners.
Whether you're new to town or a long-time resident, I encourage you to get involved; there is truly something for everyone. Join a town government-appointed committee or commission, serve meals at Gillespie Center's community kitchen, volunteer at the Westport Center for Senior Activities. And so much more!
Personally, I find that these experiences and the people I meet along the way drive me to do my best every day.
