ingredients:
1.5 oz bourbon or rye
2 dashes angostura bitters
1 orange wheel
splash of real black cherry purée
Luxardo Maraschino cherry
directions:
Step 1. In a rocks glass, add your orange wheel, bitters, and black cherry purée
Step 2. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to muddle the fruit at the bottom of the glass
Step 3. Add ice to the glass and pour the bourbon or rye over the ice
Step 4. Use a cocktail spoon to stir thoroughly, allowing the bourbon to chill
