Harper Blvd Spa opened its doors in 2015. Owner Amanda Rivas grew up in a small town in West Texas and picked McKinney as the location to open the spa because she loved the small-town feel and sense of community.
“I have always dreamed of opening a business, so why not do it in a place that most reminds me of home,” says Rivas.
The spa, named after Rivas's daughter Trinity Harper, first opened featuring beauty services like microblading, eyelash extensions, and waxing. Over the last year, there has been a shift to more of an emphasis on revolutionary skin and medical care, like a medspa, with its previous offerings being an add-on rather than a standalone service.
Rivas and her staff are passionate about helping their clients feel beautiful and confident in their skin. One of Harper Blvd's specialties is an Enzyme Therapy facial, which detoxifies the skin of all impurities and tightens it for a firmer, youthful, glowing appearance with absolutely no downtime. Their popular HydraFacial treatment tightens the skin while reducing texture, enlarged pores, brown spots, fine lines, and wrinkles, revealing beautiful glowing and healthy skin.
“What I love most about Harper Blvd is its welcoming and homey feel,” says Rivas. “We add a lot to our services. We want clients to feel an experience, not just come in and out.”
