This short but effective Summer Booty Burn is aimed to help the average person start using their legs effectively. In today’s society of sitting in offices, cars and on the couch, it is easy to lose the power of one of your greatest assets: your legs. As you age, the ability to move, squat and bend over can become challenging. However, with these simple exercises, you can build not only rock the hard booty everyone desires but also stay fit and healthy for life!

1. Resistance Band Walk and Squats 

Warm up with resistance band walk and squats to fire up the focus glute muscle. Use your mind-body connection to activate glutes. Do at least 3 sets of 12.

2. Box Squat

Box squat onto a bench or chair. Use body or light weight to start. Make sure to hinge from hips and go all the way down to the bench. Do 3 sets of 12.

3. One-Leg Split Squat

Isolate one leg on bed, bench or TRX while lunging knee to ground focusing on hamstrings, glutes and thighs. Take your time to stabilize all muscles as you lunge. Do 3 sets of 12.
