Cherry Walnut Protein Balls  - Makes 12


  • 2 c. walnuts
  • 1 c. pitted dates
  • 1/2 c. dried cherries
  • 1/4 c. almond butter
  • 2 scoops protein powder of choice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla dash of maple or honey 


  • combine walnuts, dates & cherries in a food processor and blend.

  • Add in protein powder, salt, and vanilla and blend.

  • Add in almond butter and maple or honey and blend until sticky. 

  • Form and roll into 1-inch balls. 

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

  • Enjoy!
