This drink is perfect for the Home issue because it’s cozy and a little boozy. It’s perfect to sip on while curled up on the couch, either with a good book or Netflix binge. Dalgona coffee went viral on social media, and the easy technique really makes this drink special.
For the dalgona coffee:
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
For the White Russian:
- 1 part vodka (Goodnight Loving Vodka)
- 1 part coffee liqueur (Revolution Spirits)
- 1 part half and half
Instructions:
Make the coffee: add all ingredients to a bowl, whisk until the coffee has a thick foamy texture that holds its shape.
Fill a rocks glass with ice, add vodka and coffee liqueur. Stir to combine. Slowly add half and half. Spoon Dalgona Coffee on top.
