TURKEY BRIE BITES

MAKES: 10

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Sheet of Puff Pastry 
  • 1/2 lbs. Ground Turkey 
  • 1 Clove Garlic 8 oz. Brie, cubed 
  • 1/2 Cup Cranberry Sauce 
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mince up garlic and sauté in a pan with the ground turkey until fully cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut puff pastry into 4-inch x 4-inch squares. Spray a muffin/cupcake tin with cooking spray, then line each with a square of pastry.
  4. Layer the turkey, brie, and 2 teaspoons of cranberry sauce into each cup.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

MAKES: 20

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese 
  • 3 Cups Dark Chocolate, melted 
  • 1 1/2 Cups Confectioners’ Sugar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler. Let the melted chocolate cool down to room temperature.
  2. Using a hand mixer, combine softened cream cheese with confectioners’ sugar and vanilla. Then add the melted chocolate, until well mixed.
  3. Let the mixture chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Once cooled, roll mixture into bite sized balls.
  4. Roll mix in cocoa powder or another favorite topping and enjoy!
