Holman Home For The Holidays

Looking for the holiday gift of a lifetime? Let’s talk luxury!

Looking for the holiday gift of a lifetime? Let’s talk luxury! The sky is the limit in your dream car from Holman. Holman Motorcars St. Louis, formerly known as St. Louis Motorcars, is located just a stone’s throw off of Highway 40 in Chesterfield. You might recognize it as you pass by from afar, but the magnitude of what happens inside is impressive. With sales nearing $100 million annually, Holman holds a solid book of repeat and new clientele looking for the best of the best in luxury and exotics. Newly known as Holman Motorcars since March of 2020, most of the same staff members remain and have decades of experience in this business - they’re passionate about helping you build your dream car - even if it has to arrive via international freight in a special, bolted crate. Holman has a sister location in Ft. Lauderdale, so their national footprint enables them to offer VIP experiences from coast-to-coast.

Brian Lee Tull, Holman’s General Sales Manager spends his day buzzing around their campus delivering top notch service to their clients - from coordinating bespoke customer orders and scheduling international deliveries in time for Christmas. Yet, when we managed to track him down he was calm, cool and collected in describing Holman and their values. Holman Motorcars prioritizes delivering an exceptional experience for their customers. This starts with the culture difference that can be felt – where people come first and feel valued. Holman Motorcars is part of the Holman Automotive family with 40 dealerships spanning the country. What began in 1924 as a single Ford store, has grown into one of the premier automotive groups. Holman Automotive was just ranked the #2 dealership group in the 2021 Automotive Reputation Report. Yet it is a still family-owned business – with state-of-the art facilities and a reputation of exceptional service. Holman Motorcars offer new cars from six ultra-luxury lines, including Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Lotus and Rolls-Royce. They also have one of the finest collections of Certified pre-owned vehicles as well as off-brands such as McLaren, Porsche and Ferrari. You can shop online, visit the showroom or you can start from scratch and create the car of your wildest dreams. “As Bentley says, there are a billion possible configurations”, Brian explained.

What’s new in luxury? They have a new Snow Quartz Pearl Flying Spur that you have to see to appreciate just how beautiful a simply-white car can be as well as a Verde Aries STO (stands for "Super Trofeo Omologato") that might just be one of the coolest colors you’ll ever see on a sports car. Brian says that their brands’ luxury SUVs including Bentayga, DBX, Urus and Cullinan are in the highest of demands, with many families looking for luxury and functionality combined. Lotus is teasing their own electric SUV codenamed the Type 132. Electric, to no surprise, is becoming more popular and many brands such as Bentley are offering hybrid options. Electrification is on the horizon, but even as automation revs up for many car brands, luxury remains handmade. The brands they offer are always created meticulously by expert designers and craftspeople, with the highest attention to detail in each stitch. In fact, Brian feels the quality is only getting better over time. Brian says that Sir Henry Royce's ethos was always to "take the best that exists and make it better and when it doesn't exist, design it."

In a true holiday spirit, Holman is unique to luxury car sales in their efforts to give back (to the tune of over $3 million annually). Their employees, who are treated with the same utmost respect as their clientele, continually donate to United Way St. Louis, giving back to the community directly around them. Holman has donated over $1 million to the United Way nationally each year for the past five years. Holman employees are supported with paid time off to volunteer, banking over a thousand hours of time giving back. Holman Motorcars recently hosted a Lamborghini x Movember event in spirited competition with 90 other Lamborghini dealers worldwide as part of a global activation. Local Lamborghini owners decked their cars with mustaches and helped raise awareness and funds for men’s health, suicide prevention, and cancer. Lamborghini St. Louis ranked #13 out of 90 Lamborghini dealerships worldwide. Just goes to show that it’s the people and the engagement that counts.

What’s happening the week we interviewed Brian? A special delivery for a client on the Nice List - a $4 million 2022 Bugatti Pur Sport. One of sixty for the world. These special hyper-cars are flown in from the factory (Bugatti is in Molsheim, France) and arrive in large wooden crates, waiting to be revealed. It’s an exciting day when one arrives! Earlier this year, the dealership received a delivery of two Lamborghini Sian hyper-cars at the same time, rare gems of only 63 made in the world. We can’t wait to hear more about the orders placed for the holidays…are you adding any of these to your Santa list, too?
