Noah has worked with Holmes for about 8 years, and he knows his stuff. “I started as a field worker, and worked my way up to foreman … a role I held for 3 years before transitioning into my current position,” he says. “But I’ve been in the construction field my entire life, starting at a young age working alongside my dad in his handyman business, which gave me a strong foundation in both craftsmanship and customer service.”
