Ready Set Orange, a key initiative in Orange County, exemplifies this commitment. The program offers a variety of pre-designed attainable housing models, making it easier for residents to build homes on their properties. The program includes four single-family starter homes, all reviewed to meet Florida Building Code standards.
Through her work as Chairwoman of the Development Advisory Board (DAB) for Orange County and an alumni of the Political Leadership Institute (PLI) with the Orlando Economic Partnership, Kait Doulou is helping families secure the foundation they need for a stable, fulfilling future.
