Ingredients

  • 2 oz. tequila
  • 3/4 oz. lime
  • 1/2 oz. tripe sec
  • 3/4 oz. peach purée
  • Hot honey and Tajín, for rim
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and peach purée
  3. Shake vigorously
  4. Dip the rim of a rocks glass in a small ramekin or plate of hot honey
  5. Coat with Tajín, then fill the glass with ice
  6. Strain the drink mixture into the prepared rocks glass
  7. Garnish with a lime wedge
  8. Enjoy!
