As the seasons change and we start to look forward to the holiday season, Celina has several new restaurant and bar concepts we are eagerly anticipating.

Just off the square, The Wick plans to expand upon Kim and Cleve Wickliffe’s culinary journey providing us with a blend of inspired breakfast offerings during the week and a one-of-a-kind brunch on weekends. Don’t forget to stop in for happy hour and pick up a signature Swirl while you are there!

Next, Anthony Morel and Michael McGowan will bring us innovative cocktails and an eclectic lunch and dinner menu in the beautiful Huddleston building right on the square. Heyday will introduce a new restaurant concept in a rustic, comfortable atmosphere including live music.

If that wasn’t enough, Kristen and Brian Ethridge will bring fine dining to the square in the form of a new steakhouse, The Forge 1912. Located in a historic building that used to be an actual forge and blacksmith shop, they will offer an upscale dining experience in addition to a bar and access to the new downtown patio.

Last, but certainly not least, Michael and Kim Arani are launching The Silos in Celina. In addition to a full-service restaurant and bar, they will offer a private cigar room, seven cabanas available for rent for your private events, and an observation tower.

Celina continues to be blessed with many inspired local residents bringing unique offerings to our community. We can’t wait to see you around town!
