Four additional Houston Methodist hospitals were ranked statewide. Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital ranked No. 8 in Texas and No. 5 in the Houston metro area. Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital tied (three-way) for No. 9 in Texas and ranked No. 6 in the Houston metro area. The hospital was also highlighted for 14 high-performing procedures and conditions: colon cancer surgery; COPD; diabetes; heart arrhythmia; heart attack; heart failure; kidney failure; knee replacement; leukemia, lymphoma, & myeloma; pacemaker implantation; pneumonia; prostate cancer surgery; spinal fusion; and stroke.
