Fascia and Fluid Flow
Fascia helps guide fluid through the body. When it becomes restricted, lymphatic flow can slow or back up — especially in areas like the neck, head, and thoracic outlet.
When fascia is healthy, it’s supple and adaptable, allowing fluid to move freely. But when it becomes restricted due to stress, injury, inflammation, posture, or prolonged tension, it can create areas of compression or drag. This can slow or obstruct lymphatic drainage and venous return.
What Poor Drainage Can Feel Like
Head pressure
Brain fog
Inflammation
A heavy or “toxic” feeling
By improving fascial mobility—especially around key drainage pathways—the nervous and lymphatic systems can do what they’re designed to do: self-regulate and drain naturally. Rather than forcing detoxification, the goal is to restore movement and space so the body can drain naturally.
