This Iced Matcha Oat Milk Latte is no exception. Not only is it creamy, slightly sweet and seriously refreshing, it's also rich in amino acids and antioxidants that reduce stress and aging while boosting your energy and mood. 

Directions 

To make oat milk, add 1 cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon honey, ½ teaspoon sea salt and 3 cups water to a high-speed blender and pulse until combined. Pour through a fine mesh strainer and set aside. You can also opt to skip this step and purchase ready-made.

Heat 2/3 cup water on the stove until steaming and pour into a bowl with 2 teaspoons of matcha powder to whisk (or pulse in a blender).

Add ice cubes to a large pitcher or two glasses. Fill 2/3 of the way with oat milk, then pour matcha mixture over. Option to stir in more honey and top with fresh mint.
