In 2021, I Want To...

Notes of Hope from Students at Clayton Bradley Academy

Hannah Robbins: Senior at Clayton Bradley Academy

In 2021, I look forward to starting a brand new chapter in my life. As I plan to graduate high school and start college next year, my goal is to ultimately be able to find success. Although the future looks scary and uncertain, I know that using and applying the knowledge and skills I have gained will help me in the new exciting experiences I will get to have.

Gwen Layton: Sixth Grader at Clayton-Bradley Academy

In 2021, I just want things to be normal. I want to be able to see my friends, not just their masked face. I want to see their smiles. That might sound a bit cheesy a few years ago, but you're really honest with yourself, you would say it too.

Tori Goff: Fifth Grader at Clayton-Bradley Academy

In 2021, I hope we have a cure or vaccine for Covid-19 so that things can go back to how they were before the pandemic. When the pandemic is over, I plan to show my appreciation for all the things that Covid-19 kept us from doing. I used to take for granted going to school, going to events, and seeing my friends. In 2021, after things go back to normal, I plan to not take things for granted and be more thankful. I plan to be more grateful for my teachers for being able to have school and my friends.
