When Rich and Kim Gerlach decided to remodel their home’s entire first floor, calling John Hill and Terri Muench of John Hill Construction proved to be a fantastic choice.

John’s company has been completing custom home additions, remodels and builds in the community for the last 24 years. He’s taken all he’s learned and used it to give clients the best possible experience, with a process specifically designed to sidestep stress.

John and Terri talk about their work with pride. “We provide ideas so the client gets their dream project at the best possible price.”

Many clients work with JHC more than once—indication that their customer-first approach is working. “We worked with one client on five different occasions. That means a lot to us—we look at that as a great compliment!”

The Gerlachs’ home now greets guests with soothing colors and gorgeous woodwork. Among the on-trend features their wishlist included were an extra-large range, pass-through window, and dedicated bar area.

Put simply, JHC nailed it. The Gerlachs were thrilled with their experience and the outcome. “We trusted them through the whole process—the quality of the work is outstanding! Our vision turned into reality.”

Go BIG
This 48" dual-fuel professional range sports 6 burners and a griddle, plus dual-flame stack burners to cover both ultra-low and high temps. The oven combines reverse-air technology and 6 heating elements for awesome baking results—uniquely sized to accommodate three full-size sheet trays.

Serving Up Convenience
This large window splits in the middle and bifolds out of the way for easy pass-through from the kitchen to the screened-in porch, complete with matching shelf—perfect for passing dinner outside for al fresco dining.

Traffic-Control Showstopper
Adding a bar/entertainment area—a beautiful extra that serves an important purpose. Guests have access to beverages and snacks while the bar’s location keeps traffic out of the kitchen.
