We are living in an unprecedented time as we grapple with a worldwide pandemic that has affected many of our family members, neighbors, coworkers, friends and community. Life as we know it has been flipped upside-down and the new normal is still being defined.
COVID-19 are seven letters we will likely never forget. During this time, nonprofits have risen to the challenge in many ways – providing refuge for children whose parents are unable to work from home, food for those without and medical care during the most challenging of times. We have the opportunity to do something – to support some of these organizations so they can continue to support our community.
Boys & Girls Club of Bellevue
Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue’s mission is to inspire & enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. BGCB’s 15 Clubhouses provide a safe and fun place for nearly 13,000 youth to grow and thrive each year. During critical out-of-school hours, dedicated staff deliver life-enhancing, quality programs focused on academics, health, and leadership. Our dedicated staff is professionally trained and committed to going above and beyond to be the last line of defense for our community’s children and teens during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are doing whatever it takes to keep our doors open for our community’s first responders, emergency service providers, and highest-need families, but we need your help. Please donate now and help the Club continue to provide essential childcare during this unprecedented time to those in our community who need us most.

Rainier Athletes
Rainier Athletes provides 1:1 mentorship and year-long activity sponsorship for elementary, middle and high school students who face barriers to accessing these opportunities on their own. Bellevue School District’s tight partnership with Rainier Athletes allows over 300 teachers to lean on Rainier Athletes mentors and staff to connect with students and their families in ways the district cannot alone.
During the COVID-19 crisis RA mentors connect virtually every week with their RA mentee to support their social and emotional wellbeing as well as ensure students have what they need to be successful with their virtual learning classes. Mentors report back to RA staff who then connect students and their families with resources (RA Community Partners) ranging from rent assistance, food support, navigating unemployment, childcare and more.
Please support our continued bridge building work by making a meaningful donation. These funds will support general operating expenses to sustain our coordinated efforts

LifeWire
At LifeWire, we help adults, children, and youth who have been impacted by domestic violence to build safer, healthier homes by offering support, resources, and professional services including survivor advocacy, mental health therapy, legal advocacy, shelter, and housing. We also work with youth and young adults to develop healthy foundations early in life, preventing future violence.
Many of the survivors we work with during “normal times” are now in crisis, either living in violent homes or struggling to keep themselves and their children fed and sheltered.
You can help by reaching out to anyone you know who may be experiencing domestic violence. Your call can be an important lifeline to someone trapped at home with a violent partner.
Your financial support at this challenging time makes a big difference to survivors facing additional stresses due to lost income, childcare expenses, and illness.

Jubilee REACH
Our Four Pillars synergistically enable us to serve and love in and around our public schools. Making this all work are our amazing volunteers, who join us in the schools, at the Jubilee REACH Center, the Jubilee REACH Thrift Store, and at Community Building Events.
Jubilee REACH loves the one who is the lost, the least, the lonely, the left behind; the one who needs love the most but expresses it in the most unloving ways. Love transforms lives, futures, families, our culture, our schools, and our community.
Our currency is unconditional love. Our core is building relationships and earning trust, and our call is to “Love Our Neighbor.” As we do this, we have been privileged to witness the radical transformation in the behaviors, academic achievement, and futures of students once they believe they are loved and feel they belong to a caring community through sports, clubs, and activities within their schools.
We give thanks to YOU. Your love, support, service, and advocacy inspire and sustain us.

Bellevue Botanical Garden
The Bellevue Botanical Garden is a community treasure and urban oasis encompassing fifty-three acres of cultivated gardens, restored woodlands, and natural wetlands in the heart of Bellevue. The living collections showcase plants that thrive in the Pacific Northwest. This world-class, award-winning public garden is owned by the City of Bellevue and supported through an enduring partnership with the Bellevue Botanical Garden Society, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
