Luxury living is meant to blend seamlessly with comfort, tranquility and attention to detail at the future Atrium at Fountains within the Fountains at Gateway located at Two Fountains Plaza. Groundbreaking may be this summer for the upcoming, $92 million five-story building, which will be directly across from the One Fountains Plaza four-story building containing corporate offices, restaurants and retail space.
Jacquie Brengartner, Studio manager at The Fountains, says only 52 condominiums will be available, making these residences "the most exclusive address in Murfreesboro."
The location is designed to contain underground parking, a private lobby, Studio at Fountains corporate office suites and meeting space on the first and second floors, along with Atrium at Fountains on the top three floors. The building will feature a dramatic, glass-roofed atrium, curated with live plants, as a stunning space that blends modern design with abundant sunlight for an inspiring tropical ambiance.
As Murfreesboro’s first luxury, European-style condominium development, Atrium at Fountains' spacious condominiums start in the mid-$500,000s. They will feature high-end finishes in light-filled one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Jacquie says each modern residence includes an open living and dining area that adjoins a sleek kitchen with an island, and a large primary suite with ensuite bath. She adds, "Most residences will feature a floor-to-ceiling glass wall system that opens to a large, private covered terrace."
At press time, Scott Graby, president of Hearthstone Properties and developer of the Atrium project, says advanced talks were underway with lenders for the last component of financing. "Once we commence construction, which will be immediately after financing wraps up, the project is slated to be completed in 20 months," he says.
