Alison Wisniewski is lifelong athlete, personal trainer and nutrition coach hailing from Kaua’i, Hawai’i. She spent years working in juice bars and health cafes across the country, which developed her appreciation for intentional nutrition.
“I have seen how transformative the right foods can be for energy and overall wellbeing. In addition, I have always been a creative a cook, a bit of a ‘witch in the kitchen,’ constantly experimenting and turning simple ingredients into something magical. This all comes together in my business, where I craft healthy, convenient foods that support active, intentional living,” Wisniewski says.
Hawai’i to Colorado
Wisniewski started her business, HI Vibes Market, on the island of Kaua’i where clean eating is a part of the everyday culture. In 2022, Wisniewski relocated to Colorado because her partner is from Manitou Springs. Once here, she quickly realized a need for nourishing food options.
“Colorado has an incredibly active, outdoor loving community, but the health-food landscape hasn’t quite caught up," she says. "That contrast inspired me to ramp up my business here, bringing the quality, creativity, and intention I developed in Hawai’I to a place that genuinely benefits from it.”
Trail Ready Nourishment
HI Vibes Market specializes in trail-ready nourishment perfect for active lifestyles. All products are organic, vegan and gluten-free and made from clean, whole ingredients. The product line includes signature granolas, coconut brittle, superfood breakfast cookies, fresh cold-press juices and energizing trail mixes.
A fan favorite is the HI Vibes Papaya Bowl which is only available at farmers markets and special events.
“My best-selling granola is the Golden Turmeric—it’s vibrant, anti-inflammatory, and has this warm, earthy sweetness that people love," she says. "Another favorite is my House Blend, a toasted cinnamon-almond granola that my partner jokingly calls the ‘adult Cinnamon Toast Crunch’ because it’s nostalgic, comforting, and completely addictive in the best way. Granola aside, one of my biggest crowd-pleasers is the coconut brittle—it’s grain-free, nut-free, crunchy, low-carb, lightly sweet and truly hard to stop eating.”

Wisniewski’s focus for the future is getting HI Vibes in more natural food stores and larger retail channels as well as eventually opening a brick-and-mortar location.
“HI Vibes is more than a food brand—it’s an energy," Wisniewski says. "‘HI’ is a nod to Hawai’i where this business began, but it also stands for high vibrational food: food made with intention, purity, and ingredients that genuinely support the kind of energy you want your body to hold.”
