At Viva Bene, a lot of what we do comes back to helping people “live the good life”. It’s also about creating a place where life stays active, connected, and where people feel like they belong from the start.
For many residents, Donna (pictured far left) and Mathilda (pictured far right) from our sales team, are the first people they meet. They take their time getting to know each person and what they’re really looking for, because finding the right home here isn’t just about floor plans, it’s about how someone wants to live day to day.
Ashley, our Community Director, (pictured 2nd to the right), helps keep life at Viva Bene running smoothly while making sure residents feel supported and connected. Beyond the logistics, she takes the time to get to know residents and team members while helping to foster a welcoming environment where everyone can feel at home.
Our lifestyle coordinator, Maggie (pictured third from left), focuses on what happens after move-in. At Viva Bene, there’s always something going on. Our 3-5 planned events a day are about creating opportunities to connect, exploring interests, and wellness. Maggie coordinates events from Happy Hours, instructor led fitness classes to educational classes.
Pictured below, Brock (left) and Torey (right) from our maintenance team keep the community running smoothly. Much of what they do happens behind the scenes, but it makes a difference every day. From quick repairs to ongoing upkeep, they handle the details that allow residents to focus on enjoying their lives rather than worrying about maintenance.
Last but not least is Laura, our housekeeper, "The Florist", (pictured to the left of Santa) who plays a big part in making Viva Bene feel cared for. She keeps the community looking beautiful day in and day out, and there’s a personal touch in everything she does. You can often tell where she’s been by the small vases of fresh flowers she leaves behind.
