All aboard! We have fun news about a holiday-themed bar.
Glistening garlands, twinkling lights, a life-sized Santa, and a sleigh that you can ride. This year, experience “Christmas Off the Rails,” as Trainwreck hosts the renowned holiday pop-up bar "Miracle."
Extra Cheer
Owner of Altitude Hospitality Group and Trainwreck, Mitch Yellen, experienced the concept bar for himself during a Christmas past and was intent on bringing some extra cheer to Colorado Springs this holiday season.
“Last Christmas, during a visit to family in California, my wife and I were able to experience the joy and fun of Miracle Pop-Up and knew we wanted to bring the festive holiday celebration home to Colorado Springs,” Yellen says.
With all the fun Trainwreck already has to offer such as virtual golf simulators, pool and gaming tables, and the largest television in Colorado Springs, adding a holiday twist will guarantee there’s no better place to get into the spirit.
Holiday Cocktails
Immersed in an ambiance all merry and bright, you can enjoy Miracle’s holiday-themed cocktails such as the Christmapolitan and the Christmas Carol Barrel. Or treat yo’elf to a Snowball Old-Fashioned or Jingle Balls Nog. New on the menu this year are Santa’s Little Helper, Christmas Cricket, Holiday Spiked Chai, and Grandma Got Run Over By A T-Rex (because only a Grinch wouldn’t want to sip out of a T-Rex-shaped mug topped with a Santa hat).
Running through the end of the year, the halls will be decked and the bar will be stocked, so head down to Trainwreck to give a mistle-toast to the holiday season.
“The Christmas holidays are a time of togetherness," Yellen says. "We hope you and your family and friends are able to join us as we celebrate the Christmas season with over-the-top festivities at Trainwreck.”
