Jacaranda Trace has it all. Options can be divided into six categories: fitness and nutrition, activities and social events, emergency response, health care professions and services, emotional support and residential options.
As a resident and club member included amenities are transportation, fine dining, a heated pool and spa, personal trainers from the Venice YMCA that plan a workout routine in our state-of-the-art exercise center, aerobics, line dancing, Tai Chi, exercise and balance classes. On campus are card lounges, with duplicate and contract bridge, billiards, library, arts and crafts, wellness program lectures, group activities, cruises, support groups, shopping trips, group transportation to cultural activities and much more. A beauty shop is available on campus, as well as three dining rooms.
Pets are also welcome with size requirements depending on the community location and registration.
Health care is so important. Jacaranda Trace has 24-hour access to an on-site medically trained staff. If you have a health care setback or just need to see a health care profession you have total control of who you choose to use. On campus professionals include doctors, therapists, home care nurses and CNAs. Our community nurse is happy to take blood pressure or help with health issues. If you have a personal emergency anywhere on campus, residents are provided with the Lifeline System pendants. This allows emergency technicians to come to your aid anywhere on the campus including your unit.
At Jacaranda Trace there are many floor plans to choose from going up to 2,400 sq. ft. Whittier Manor has condominiums with balconies and leasing options. Free standing villas offer the amenities of independent living with the security of property maintenance and 24-hour emergency service.
Jacaranda Trace also offers assisted living and memory care. Cadbury Park has two 12,500 sq. ft. buildings on site, each with 18 bedrooms joined by patio gardens. Each building has a large kitchen and a family room.
Residents engage with each other and staff. Caregivers have a 3 to 1 radio, a high staff-to-resident arrangement. Health care is available 24 hours a day and a registered nurse is on duty weekdays and on call 24/7.
Cadbury Park Assisted Living has 19 apartments for residents that need a little more help. Every need can be customized from license nurses on site to personal laundry service and housekeeping. All residents have access to the activities of our Independent Living community.
