The pub has transformed into a winter wonderland complete with decor, a dedicated cocktail menu celebrating the best of the holiday season and playlist spotlighting Irish Christmas tracks sure to get you in the spirit.
The Dead Rabbit’s Beverage Director, Aidan Bowie, plays on nostalgia weaving classic Christmas flavors from gingerbread to mulled wine into their holiday cocktail menu. We’re told, The flavors lean toward sweet, rich, and candied notes, coupled with a uniquely impressive presentation.”

- The Gingerbread Man, with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey, Gingerbread Spices, and Lyle's Golden Syrup.
- Rockin’ Around, with Ketel One Vodka, Pierre Ferrand Curacao, Port, Mulled Wine, Strawberry, and Lime.
- Naughty List, with Slane Irish Whiskey, Dewar’s 12 Scotch, Chocolate, Oats, and Salted Caramel Cream. Served hot.
