With polished expertise and a personal touch, Ashley Crisostomo turns real estate into a seamless journey toward comfort, confidence, and a sense of elevated living.

From the moment you meet Ashley Crisostomo, you can tell she’s someone who genuinely cares. Her love for real estate goes all the way back to childhood, when she spent time in the office where her mom worked for a top-producing agent. Even as a kid, she noticed the professionalism, the confidence, and how well those agents were known and respected in the community. That early exposure planted a seed that would grow.

Years later, after college, she attended a local networking event where she connected with a husband-and-wife real estate team. They needed help, and Ashley stepped in as a licensed assistant. It was a hands-on education in contracts, marketing, and client care that gave her the foundation to one day launch her own business. The experience was invaluable and helped shape her thoughtful, client-first approach.

Faced with the challenge of becoming a solo parent to two young children, Ashley leaned into her dream. With grit and heart, she built a career that offered flexibility, independence, and purpose. Today, she helps clients navigate major life transitions with clarity, strategy, and care.

When asked about the current Maple Grove market, Ashley shared that spring activity has been strong. Homes that are well prepped, professionally marketed, and strategically priced are receiving excellent offers. “This kind of success doesn’t happen by chance,” she says. “It takes preparation and the right approach.”

Her commitment runs deep. “Recently I’ve had several clients close on their dream homes after years of talking about a move. Sometimes it takes time to get finances in order or find the right place. Whatever the case, I’m committed to helping my clients as long as it takes.”

One client shared, “Through all the struggles, my Realtor never gave up on me. She kept checking in and reassuring me the time would come. On Halloween, we closed on our home. On November 30th, we closed the door on our rental life. Our new home has brought comfort I never knew was possible.”

Ashley loves staying connected after the sale, hosting thoughtful events and creating moments that remind clients just how much they matter. Her relationships are built to last, grounded in trust, care, and appreciation.
