Kids Can (and Should) Cook!

Flour Power Cooking Studios serves children and adults of all ages by teaching and educating the joy of cooking and the experience of preparing a meal together. Flour Power strives to foster a lifelong love for cooking that will positively impact all aspects of its guests' and their families lives. At Flour Power, children and families can participate in weekly classes, summer camps, family cooking events, and custom birthday parties, led by energetic cooking instructors in a residential-style kitchen equipped with tools and ingredients any family would find at their own home.

Kimberly and Fernando Rosario, residents of North Fulton area since 2018, used their combined experiences in cooking, marketing, sales, and finance – as well as being parents of active children themselves – to establish the first Flour Power Cooking Studio in the state of Georgia back in 2021. The brand started in North Carolina with a single studio and has now grown to almost 20 studios nationwide, sharing the joy of cooking to children and families for over 10 years.

The Rosarios chose Alpharetta for its proximity to Roswell and the abundance of families in the area. From their own experience as parents, they knew that the community was looking for another alternative for children’s activities outside of school and youth sports. There are vibrant city centers, where families love to spend their evenings and weekends together and it all seemed the perfect place to establish the first Flour Power in Greater Atlanta. Due to the popularity of this location, the Rosarios plan on opening a second location in East Cobb sometime in late 2023.
