Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce, our business connection

The Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce strives to be the premier resource to help Johns Creek businesses connect, grow, and thrive. The Chamber is committed to creating an environment where new and existing businesses prosper thus the overall quality of life in Johns Creek prospers. The Chamber pursues this mission by partnering with businesses, the government, and other community organizations.  

If you’ve ever interacted with the Chamber, you know Robin Buckley. In July, the Chamber celebrated her 10 Year Anniversary. Robin’s dedication to not only the Chamber, but all things Johns Creek, has recently earned her the promotion to Chamber President and Chief Executive Officer.  

The rest of the Chamber team has changed substantially in the past 18 months. In January of 2021, Mary Jo Jennette was hired as an Administrative Assistant, since then she’s been promoted to Office Manager. Then in May 2022, Aryelle Perez came on board as our Director of Marketing & Communications. A few weeks later, Rich Lockhart joined the team as Vice President of Community Development. The team is excited to serve the city and its businesses, so don’t hesitate to stop by, email, or give us a call.

The Chambers’ dedication to the community remains ever-present and constant. This year so far, they have welcomed many businesses to Johns Creek, facilitated over 30 ribbon cuttings and groundbreaking, and continued hosting networking opportunities for business professionals in Johns Creek and surrounding areas.

The Chamber encourages anyone to visit any of their networking opportunities. Whether you’re

starting your business, growing your business, or finding like-minded business individuals, the Chamber can help grow your network. The Weekly Networking events are one of the most popular networking opportunities with Chamber members. Wednesday mornings from 9:30 – 11:00 AM local business professional network at the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce office. The Women’s Networking Connection events are breakfast meetings held the fourth Thursday of the month. This event is a great platform for women in business to come together to build strong connections with other women-owned, women-run, or women-targeted businesses. The Chamber has seen successful relationships form in these networking events and look forward to helping you grow your network- because your network is your net worth!

It's hard to believe that it has been three years since the start of the pandemic. Though it has been quite a challenge there are exciting things coming to Johns Creek. Boston Scientific, a worldwide medical device company is expanding into Johns Creek creating 300+ jobs. Mark Toro, who developed Avalon, is also planning a mixed-use development in Johns Creek as well. The city is moving forward with their plan for a town center in Technology Park, and the Chamber is included in that footprint. The Chamber is excited to continue their mission to assist businesses connect, grow, and thrive!
