“I love continuing education. One should never stop learning,” says Smith. “To be the best you need to be a sponge and soak up all the knowledge that you can.”
While Smith is well known throughout the home building industries, it is what she does outside of the office that truly matters most. Faith plays a large role in her life. She is a caretaker at heart and loves helping people, especially those in need. She volunteers with various non-profit organizations and she and her husband, Ray, recently founded Grand Love, a non-profit helping support grandparents who have found themselves raising their grandchildren.
