When it comes to design trends, Creative Elements Owner Lucie Hasek says it’s all about clean lines, geometric shapes and natural tones this season.

“I believe the trend for 2020 will continue to be clean lines and the less-is-more attitude,” Lucie says. “We are seeing bright rooms with natural light and natural tones. Everyone wants to feel the ‘ease of living.’ Home is definitely where the heart is; it's the family's sanctuary.”

1.     It’s all about clean lines this season. Waterfall-edge countertops are especially popular.

2.     Natural wood tones offer warmth to any space.

3.     Warmer gray and “greige” wall colors are edging out cooler grays this season. Neutral-toned walls can highlight bold flooring.

4.     Black adds a touch of drama and is especially popular for interior and exterior windows.

5.     Wallpaper is in this season and can add whimsy and personality to many spaces.

6.     Geometric shapes are all the rage. Incorporate them with accessories, tiles, lighting and other areas throughout the home.
