Barre provides a unique workout that engages the whole body!

What is Pure Barre and how is it similar or different from other workouts?

Pure Barre is a full-body workout that transforms you physically and mentally. Our musically driven group classes focus on low-impact, high-intensity movements that strengthen and tone your body in 50 minutes or less. Beyond the workout, we offer a supportive, inclusive and body-positive community as well as engaging events both in and out of the studio.

Do you have multiple class formats that focus on different types of movement?

Yes! At Pure Barre, we offer four unique formats which focus on different fitness initiatives FOR EVERY BODY.  All classes are low-impact and offer a full-body workout in 50 minutes or less making this a safe, daily workout.  

The class types are: Classic: Our Signature Class; Empower: Cardio + Barre + Interval TrainingAlign: Balance + Flexibility + StrengthDefine: Strength + Power 

Class Logistics - What do I need to know?  

  • We are located off the square across from Butter and Cream in downtown Decatur.  
  • We offer FREE PARKING in the deck around the corner at 225 East Ponce de Leon Ave.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early before your first class.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing and socks are required.  
  • Bring water and positivity! All of the equipment is provided!  

How soon will I see results?

You can see & feel results in just 8-10 classes. For optimal results, classes should be taken three or more times per week.
