But there’s even more to offer the public now that Lighting One has been acquired by Wiseway Supply, an electric, plumbing and lighting distributor based in Florence, Kentucky. From state-of-the-art plumbing and electrical supplies to even more extensive designer lighting selections, the updated showroom will now be more of a one-stop shop for all your home improvement needs.
Fear not—an expanded showroom doesn’t mean the reliable, helpful service Lighting One customers have come to rely on will change. “Expect the same great down-to-earth people willing and able to help you in a no-pressure environment,” says Matthew Streuer, original owner of Lighting One, and now Wiseway showroom operations manager.
“We created the store with the following mantra: ‘(One) in service, (One) in selection, and (One) in design.’ That will not change,” Matthew says proudly. “We don’t just say we have good customer service—we actually live it day-in and day-out through our interactions with our customers.”
By this spring, the transition from Lighting One to Wiseway is estimated to be completed, with an updated showroom just waiting for customers to explore. Ryan Wilking, Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Coordinator for Wiseway, says to expect a hands-on experience when you come to their showroom. “We’re dedicated to guiding you every step of the way,” he affirms.
Some of the new plumbing options will include kitchen and bathroom faucets and fixtures, toilets, bathtubs, vanities, sinks and more. And expect to see your favorite, most-trusted brands like Moen, Delta and Kohler.
“Picking out plumbing selections can be overwhelming,” Ryan points out. “Our staff is trained and knowledgeable in all things plumbing and lighting, and will be there to guide you every step of the way.”
Even if you aren’t ready to take the “plunge” and purchase new plumbing or lighting fixtures just yet, stopping in at the rebranded showroom and checking out their creative and innovative displays will leave you with exactly the inspiration you’ve been craving.
