Lisa Oleksak-Sullivan

Westfield’s Realtor

Lisa Oleksak-Sullivan is celebrating 18 years as a successful real estate agent, representing buyers and sellers on starter homes to million-dollar homes and everything in between.  When you speak with Lisa about her career, she doesn’t focus on herself, but on her clients:

“I make a connection with my clients, whether they’re buying or selling.  My goal is always client satisfaction; I’m educating them throughout the process in order for their transaction to go as smoothly as it possibly can.  Every transaction and every client is different – that’s what I love!  I have no ‘typical’ client.  No two days are the same in real estate.  There are new challenges every day.”

If you take a look at Lisa’s clients’ testimonials, you’ll see how driven she is and the lengths she will go to for her clients.  From young, first-time homebuyers, to those 55 and older who are downsizing, she helps everyone.

Lisa’s background experiences lend themselves well to her current role.  Prior to her career in real estate, Lisa was a paralegal in a law firm for 20 years.

“Real estate was my favorite.  In 2004, my children were old enough where I felt like I had the opportunity to transition to a new career.  I brought all the knowledge I had of being a paralegal to my new role.  That knowledge and experience have been extremely helpful the past 18 years as I navigate challenges every day.”

Along with her paralegal background, as a Real Estate Negotiations Specialist and New Homes Specialist, Lisa successfully guides both residential and commercial buyers and sellers in Western MA and Northern CT.  For a seller, she will provide all services, including preparing and staging the home, to cutting-edge marketing technology.  For a buyer, Lisa will meet and educate the client on the buying process prior to beginning their home search.  She insists that the right education will ensure the client’s understanding of the process and a smooth transaction.

Lisa was born at Noble Hospital in Westfield and was raised here.  She is married with three grown children, and now five grandchildren!  She remained in the area because of the great community; besides her day-to-day job, Lisa is actively involved in Westfield.  From serving as President of the Board at the YMCA, to co-chairing the Noble Hospital Ball, Boys and Girls Club campaigns, and Helmets for Hope, a committee that raised money for infrared fire-fighting helmets, Lisa is active in our area.

“I love to be involved,” she said.  “It’s easy to get involved here.  Westfield is such a great community.”

Lisa has received numerous awards and has many professional achievements, both for her volunteer work, including the Rotary’s Paul Harris Award, and for her real estate triumphs.  She is the #1 Realtor in all of Hampden County and ranks in the top 2% of all licensed real estate agents nationally.  To top it off, Lisa’s 2021 production was $24MM – $22MM in MA alone.  Her career sales are over $223MM.

When you ask Lisa about these accomplishments, she is humble, but restates that she simply strives for client satisfaction in every case.  That’s what makes her Westfield’s #1 Realtor.

"Buying and selling a home can be overwhelming, and for us we were also faced with an unprecedented market, and our third baby on the way. I cannot imagine going through the process without Lisa by our side every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, responsive, empathetic and encouraging. She always made herself available, day or night, text, email or phone ….. we never felt alone in the process. As I sit in our new home today, I still feel incredibly grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Lisa and that our family can now also call her our dear friend."  Kristin and Andy Norton and Family

-We needed a trusted and knowledgeable partner to sell “long ago” purchased land in Florida…DONE

-We needed a multi year arrangement for a multi bed/bath condo rental in the Stamford,Ct/NYC area that was pet Friendly. DONE
