Extraordinary living. There are no better words to describe the new Lakeside Tower. The 16-story high-rise luxury condominium Tower on the banks of Grapevine Lake offers a refined, yet comfortable living option like none other in the area.

“Lakeside Tower offers a unique opportunity for residents who want to enjoy a maintenance-free, lock-and-leave lifestyle while remaining in the suburbs,” says Leslie Bardo, Senior Vice President of Realty Capital Management. “Many of the Tower residents have lived in the area for quite some time raising their children, establishing life-long friendships and want to continue to live in the community but are ready to re-size and enjoy a high-rise lifestyle with luxurious amenities.”

With six floor plans from which to choose, Lakeside Tower has living options for all family dynamics. In addition, four exclusive four-bedroom luxury villas surround the tower.

Tower floor plans include two, three and four-bedroom options, as well as two, two-bedroom bungalows near the Tower’s impressive pool plaza.

“All of the floor plans offer something different for the buyers, but the St. Tropez floor plan has been a favorite with two bedrooms and two baths in almost 1,700 square feet including  350 square feet of oversized balcony,” Leslie says. “Floor plans range in size from the smallest, Capri at 1,136 square feet of interior space to the largest Cap Ferrat with almost 5,000 square feet.”

Residents enter their condominiums through direct elevator access. Each space boasts 10-foot ceilings and elevated finishes, including solid 3/4-inch hardwood flooring. The well-appointed chef’s kitchen includes Wolf Sub-zero appliances, stone countertops, solid-wood cabinetry and Kohler fixtures.

Perhaps the most alluring aspect of Tower living is the unencumbered view of Grapevine Lake. Nesting glass doors that lead to expansive balconies accent the view and showcase the beauty of the outdoors.

“The comment we hear most frequently from the residents is how gorgeous the lake views are.  They just can’t get over how wonderful it is living with the water views from a high-rise perspective,” Leslie says. “All of the residences have oversized balconies where residents can enjoy the sailboats on the lake or watch a spectacular Texas sunset on the water.”

Beyond the living space, Lakeside Tower offers first-class amenities for its residents.

“The third-floor amenities include a fully equipped gym with lockers and steam rooms, media lounge, clubroom with whiskey bar, private-dining room for your catered parties conveniently prepared  in the chef’s kitchen, billiards and bar area, as well as a party room that may be reserved for anything from a business meeting to a baby shower,” Leslie says. “The third floor also has three guest suites that residents may reserve for their family and friends. Outside on the third level you will find the perfect  lap pool with cabanas, lounge chairs and bar, as well as a putting green and outdoor BBQ grilling area.”

Second-floor executive office suites also are available for Tower residents to purchase. “Owning an additional office space has helped residents find that extra space that they may be giving up when they down-size from their large single-family homes,” Leslie says.

The Tower is professionally managed by First Service Residential with a staff of 13, including a General Manager , Facilities Manager and Lifestyle Director.  This team offers white-glove service for the residents and their guests along with round-the-clock concierge and valet services.

Outside the Tower, residents can enjoy the convenience of its prime location – surrounded by shops, restaurants and entertainment.

“I think one of the major perks of living at Lakeside Tower is the opportunity to enjoy a more stress-free lifestyle while still having access to all of the amenities you enjoy in a single-family home, without the maintenance,” Leslie says. “Also, a walkable lifestyle with immediate access to the Northshore Trail and the shops and restaurants in Lakeside is another advantage of living at Lakeside.  Less than five minutes away you’ll find lake access for kayaking, sailing and other water sports and championship golf as well. The Lakeside boardwalk offers miles of walking and jogging opportunities around the community too with a huge dog park for your furry friends.”
