A family-run Japanese restaurant serving for nearly three decades. One kitchen, two ways to eat well. During the day, SushiYOKO is comfort food. Tonkatsu, donburi bowls, udon, ramen, and lunch sets, the honest Japanese cooking you would find at a neighborhood spot back home. Nothing fussy. Just good. At night, the counter turns to omakase. A seasonal tasting course built around fish flown in from Toyosu Market in Tokyo, served at the pace the chef sets. Same room, two very different concepts. That is the whole idea.
