Rafael and Rebecca, a father and daughter team, created Dos Olivos Market in June 2018 and are excited to finally open their fourth location in the Dripping Springs Community. The name Dos Olivos Market was inspired by the family ranch that was named after Rebecca's grandfather who was gifted two olive trees. The name brought their vision to life. A place for people that love music, good food, and outright Texas fun; all things synonymous with Dos Olivos Market.
They pride themselves in their mission, to be an Original Marketplace where they welcome all to encounter a curated experience in which Old World Tradition and Texas charm meet. Quite simply, they strive to connect top producers of quality wines, beers and gourmet foods with customers that are searching for unique and authentic experiences.
Additionally, all of their restaurants are market service so no reservations needed! They pride themselves in making food fresh and from scratch, that means each dish comes out as it's ready, in no particular order.
