Philip and Gina Whitley moved to the small historic town of Montgomery, Texas, 29 years ago; where they raised four children and now have eight grandchildren.

Completing her degree at Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston, Gina specialized in wine and spirits management. She decided to combine her passion for wine and her experience in quality management and production to venture into the wonderful wine industry. This journey began with a vision and a 1/3-acre vineyard in her backyard.  It has grown into a partnership involving her sisters, and a move to a new location with more land to her accommodate her dream. whitleyvineyards.com

Self-taught Barndominium designer, Stacie Lynn, offers designs, construction tips, cost-saving hacks, and decorating ideas to help her clients with everything from land selection to floor plan design. Made of metal, Lynn has seen a large demand for barndominium homes across the country due to the open space, energy efficiency, and low maintenance. Brownlee Jewelers

Janice Parish started working at Brownlee Jewelers in 1981 while attending Conroe High School. She attended the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) jewelry repair school, where she studied hands-on jewelry repair, stone setting, and advanced stone setting and continued to earn her Graduate Gemologist degree. In 1989 after Mr. "Pinky" Brownlee passed away, she became the sole proprietor as a gift from Mr. Brownlee. Janice and her son, Mason Parish, purchased the building they leased for Brownlee Jewelers in 2019. 90 years strong! brownleejewelersconroe.com
