When Mark received his BA in Business from the University of Northern Iowa in 1984, he knew the exact market he was looking for to start a business: a college town, a stable economy and good weather year-round. Mark created a business plan around those three factors and North Central Florida quickly became his focus. He left Iowa, moved to Gainesville, and Electronics World was born.
Thirty-five years later, Mark still loves what he does and Gainesville. “I have a passion for what I do, and I surround myself with talented people. My experienced staff knows my vision and together we make it a reality for our clients.”
Electronics World’s residential division provides smart home set up, networking solutions, surveillance, home theater, and other home entertainment solutions. The commercial division helps businesses with all their electronic needs including video and sound distribution, in-house marketing with digital signage, office automation, surveillance and more.
