For women looking to refresh their wardrobe, three locally owned boutiques in Rogers offer a stylish and welcoming shopping experience. With carefully curated selections and a strong sense of community, these shops make it easy to find pieces you’ll love—all while supporting local.
Olivia Frank & Co.
212 S. 1st Street
The mother-daughter team of Julie and Olivia Woods opened the downtown boutique of Olivia Frank & Co. in April 2024. The pair said they were often frustrated while shopping that they couldn't find cute styles in sizes bigger than a large, so they decided to open their own shop of carefully curated clothing, accessories, and gifts.
Their boutique aims to blend feminine charm with everyday wearability. The store carries a variety of styles in women's clothing ranging from size small to 3XL, including styles for athleisure wear, corporate work wear, family photo dresses, and everything in between.
The boutique also offers jewelry and accessories, including a popular jewelry that is waterproof and tarnish free, as well as unique gifts ranging from humorous tea towels and candles to dainty little treasures.
Olivia says what makes the boutique so special is the atmosphere.
“From experience, we know that clothes shopping can sometimes feel frustrating and disappointing," she says. "So we wanted to change that at Olivia Frank & Co. We made our store warm and welcoming to make shopping more of an experience—not a chore.”
She added that women of all sizes—from small to 3X—can find their favorite styles throughout the store, making it easy for every customer to discover cute fashion that fits.
“We are more than just a store, we’re passionate about building a community of women who feel confident, beautiful, and inspired each time they visit us,” Olivia says.
Threads 479
216 S. 1st Street
Threads479 is a women’s boutique store in downtown Rogers with a heart for the hungry. All profits from the store support the mission of Feed 479, a local food pantry. Customers of Threads 479 help join in the fight against food insecurity by helping put food on the tables of local families in need.
Once known as Threads 314, the boutique rebranded to Threads 479 in March of 2024.
The store offers a range of options for women in sizes XS To XL, including tops, bottoms, dresses, and formal attire, along with gifts, accessories, bags, jewelry, and shoes. The store is also supported by its online shop.
Charity Holman, director of operations for Threads 479, says the store features both new and high-quality pre-loved items, offering a wide array of styles and options to customers, both casual and formal.
“We really buy for a wide demographic. Our main customer is anywhere from ages 25 to 65,” Charity says. “We buy what we like and what we would feel comfortable in.”
She says that prices remain affordable without compromising on quality, and any items the boutique can't use—including children's clothing—are donated to Compassion 479, a thrift store in Springdale.
The Haley Boutique
2011 S. Promenade Boulevard
The Haley Boutique in the Pinnacle Promenade area has been providing a unique shopping experience for women in Northwest Arkansas since 2012.
Co-owner Linda Myrvik said she and fellow co-owners Cassie Haley and Jennifer Luebbe started the store because they all love shopping and, at the time, saw a lack of fashionable boutique options in the area.
While the store offers a variety of looks, including classic pieces, Linda says the boutique is overall focused on trendy clothing, with the owners actively staying up on changing fashions and styles.
“We sell to all ages, but we have had many women comment that their daughters especially love the store,” she says.
Linda says the employees are all trained on how to give special attention to each customer and help them find their individual look and style, helping women find the right pieces for a night on the town or a special occasion.
Being near the mall, the store gets many out-of-town visitors going out to enjoy the city’s restaurants or a night at the Walmart AMP.
“We are the store you come to when you are looking for something fun, something special,” she says.
And Linda says they strive to keep all their clothes affordable.
Along with carrying tops, bottoms, dresses, and other pieces in sizes small thru large, the store also offers accessories to finish off the look.
“We’re passionate about building a community of women who feel confident, beautiful, and inspired each time they visit us."
