Love the Skin You're In

“I like being the boss,” Grace Grymes Chapman, DNP, tells Bellevue Lifestyle. She’s the owner of Inclusive Aesthetics, a business which has a mission of being “a welcoming space that provides aesthetic (fillers, neurotoxins, facials, peels) services to clients of all colors, ages and gender.” Grymes Chapman started the company a couple years ago, frustrated when she got off work one day at 8 PM and wanted to get her nails done and there were no nail salons open. She decided to open her own company that served clients outside of just a 9-5 schedule.

Noting that the aesthetics industry has historically not been very inclusive (though that’s starting to change), Grymes Chapman sees that industry colleagues don’t share ideas and time as often as she envisioned. Inclusive Aesthetics currently occupies space in a laser clinic, and she hopes to have her own space in the future with like-minded coworkers collaborating.  Training is very expensive in this field and a recent opportunity to share techniques and ideas with a fellow injector at that person’s workspace was a positive experience.

Gryme Chapman says, “I am inclusive of everyone. Everyone deserves to be happy with how they look.” You can check out Inclusive Aesthetics at skinbygrace.com
