Loveland’s Annual Sour Beer Festival

Complex and Refreshing: Savor This Year’s Sour Beer Festival Featuring Local Delectable Brews and Fun

If you love beer, especially of the sour variety, then you’re going to want to make a beeline to Loveland’s Annual Sour Beer Festival on Saturday, August 3 at the Desk Chair Workspace located on 4th Street in the heart of downtown Loveland.

After the inaugural event last year brimming with local music, food, festivities and exclusive small batches, a sour yet bright local legacy was born. And this year’s experience promises much more of the same with even more small batches, local breweries, and tasty brews.

Sour beers are a unique beer style that uses yeast and bacteria during the brewing process to achieve a deliciously tart taste and often includes fruits like cherry, raspberry, and peach to create a delicate balance of sour and sweet. And luckily, Northern Colorado boasts some of the most delectable sour beers around.

Complex and refreshing, this year’s Sour Beer Festival offers two ticket options:

  • A VIP Ticket ($55/person) that includes access to the event at 1 pm, one hour before general admission, a surprise sour beer exclusively available to VIP attendees, and a rooftop hangout where you can relax and enjoy the scenery while sipping on your favorite brews.

  • General Admission Ticket ($40/person) an incredible experience of its own, general admission includes general access at 2 pm where you can explore the wide variety of sour beers from local breweries, indulge in tasty snacks, and groove to the rhythm of live music.

Both ticket options include branded commemorative glassware and unlimited 2oz pours with over 20 breweries to choose from. So grab your tickets and get ready for an unforgettable journey into the world of sour beer!
