Lucchese's First Colorado Store Showcases Western Wear

Stewards of the Western Culture and Lifestyle

Named after Salvatore Lucchese who founded Lucchese in 1883, the Western wear lifestyle brand’s expansion into Denver marks their northernmost store in the country. For over 135 years, Lucchese has been rooted in American Western heritage and has had a longstanding relationship with Colorado.

From footwear and apparel to housewares and accessories, Lucchese has devoted its namesake to applying the same craftsmanship principles and techniques since its establishment. Lucchese artisans use only the finest leathers, preeminent materials and a proprietary twisted cone last to construct boots of unrivaled quality, fit, comfort and style.

Now located in LoDo at 1883 16th Street, paying homage to when the brand was founded, the brick and mortar is a perfect fit for Lucchese. With the exciting renovation of Union Station, it's a convenient stop on your way up to the mountains. When visiting the store you’ll find that Lucchese folks are excited to best serve both local and visiting customers with premium, authentic, one-of-a-kind western wear.  “We have no doubt that Denver will embrace Lucchese with open arms,” a Lucchese representative says.

The Texas-bred brand wants nothing more than to be a part of the local community. “We partnered with our neighbors at Wynkoop Brewery, Deviation Distillery, and 7Cellars for the opening and to continuously have in our stores. We are excited to expand on those kinds of relationships over the next few years but most excited to better serve our customers by having a location where they can physically interact with our products.”

When it comes to products, the store will offer men’s and women’s apparel, travel bags, candles, home accessories, wallets, belts and more. They are also the ultimate vendor of the perfect-fitting boot. From styles handmade in El Paso, Texas, to hand-dyed leathers, they offer customization ideal for any event.

Inside the store, it’s as if you were transported to Texas. Warm tones, natural elements, rustic hickory display cabinets, and walls covered with photos highlighting the bootmaker’s 138-year-old history are just some of the elements that make the store feel like all of the best parts of a Western film. And to add that Denver flair, the LoDo location was decorated with five new cowboy hat pendants, antlers, deer hides and western patterns exclusive to the Mile High City.
