Meet the Owners
Jaimie and Jamie are the women behind The Mane Event Mobile Bar LLC, a woman-owned and operated mobile bar business built on friendship, hospitality and a shared passion for bringing people together. Their story began years ago at a local town bar, where they met while working together. Their friendship quickly grew, and they soon realized how naturally they complemented one another professionally.
There is one detail about the pair that tends to get plenty of attention at events: They have the same first name, just spelled differently. “We joke at almost every event that our names either make things really easy or really confusing,” they say. “Same name, different spelling, but together, we make the perfect pair.”
With more than 35 years of combined experience in hospitality, their backgrounds span serving, bartending, management, event planning and now business ownership. Jamie’s experience as an event planner brings an added perspective to their work, helping the pair see the bigger picture of a celebration while still focusing on the smallest details. Over the years, they learned that exceptional service is about much more than making a great drink. It is about connecting with people, anticipating their needs, paying attention to the smallest details and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
The idea for a mobile bar came to Jamie before the 2020 shutdown, but life took them in different directions as they raised their families. Then came personal losses that changed their perspective. Both women lost their grandmothers, whom they describe as their best friends, along with other beloved family members.
Eventually, over dinner, the longtime friends began talking seriously about the business they had once imagined. In January 2025, they decided to stop wondering what might happen and make it happen.
The result is The Mane Event Mobile Bar LLC, a woman-owned and operated mobile bartending company built on friendship, experience and a desire to create celebrations people will remember.
Even the company’s logo tells part of the story. Flowers woven into the mane of the horse represent their grandmothers, keeping two of the most important women in their lives connected to the business and every celebration it serves.
More Than a Bar
The Mane Event Mobile Bar LLC is a full-service, dry-hire mobile bartending company, meaning clients provide the alcohol while Jaimie and Jamie handle the rest. Their offerings currently include three distinctive bars: The ShowStopper, a vintage horse trailer, along with the Pixie and Remy satellite bars.
Rather than offering a standard package, the pair builds each experience around the celebration. They help clients select beverages, create signature cocktails, determine quantities and coordinate everything from mixers and garnishes to professional bartenders, customized menus and décor.
And they are not stopping at the bar. Clients can add a charcuterie bar, ice cream bar, customized mirror rentals, flower walls, backyard games and other event enhancements, allowing The Mane Event Mobile Bar LLC to become part of the overall design and experience.
That attention to detail begins long before the first guest arrives. After a brief consultation, the women learn about the event, guest count and vision. From there, they help bring the details together, including colors, themes, signage, menus, signature drinks and personalized touches.
“We’re both perfectionists,” they say, and that mindset is evident in their approach. Their goal is not simply to serve drinks, but to make the entire experience easier for the host.
The Bar Becomes the Gathering Place
For Jaimie and Jamie, beverages are about much more than what is in the glass. They have watched time and again as their bar naturally becomes the social center of an event.
Signature cocktails are one of their favorite ways to make a celebration personal. A drink can reflect a season, color palette, personality or meaningful memory. Elevated mocktails are also becoming increasingly popular, giving guests who do not drink alcohol an equally thoughtful experience.
Perhaps the greatest compliment is when a guest approaches the bar, admires the setup or samples a cocktail, then begins imagining The Mane Event Mobile Bar LLC at their own celebration. Those spontaneous conversations have led to referrals, repeat clients and even friendships.

For Jaimie and Jamie, that is the true meaning of hospitality: giving hosts the freedom to step away from the details and be present with the people they invited.
What began as an idea between two friends has become a growing local business with a deeply personal story behind it.
