In a world of digital checkouts, Maison Marché offers something refreshingly human: an intimate, highly curated shopping experience rooted in discovery, connection, and style. Founded by Sarah Easley—an industry tastemaker and self-described “serial entrepreneur”—Maison Marché has become a go-to for women who want fashion that feels personal, inspired, and just a bit daring.
Easley’s fashion legacy runs deep. She spent 17 years building Kirna Zabête, the iconic luxury boutique in Soho she co-founded and eventually sold in 2017. It was there she established her reputation for discovering emerging designers before anyone else and shaping the wardrobes of style insiders with impeccable taste. After stepping away from that chapter, Easley began to reimagine what retail could look like in a new era. “I am always trying to reinvent retail and pioneer a new space” she explains. “I love discovering brands and making them relevant to my sophisticated clientele. I also love to stretch their fashion a little bit.”
What emerged was Maison Marché, French for “house market”—a mobile, multi-brand trunk show that turns elegant homes into stylish boutiques. These pop-ups are far from the dated, dusty trunk shows of the past. Each event features 15–20 carefully selected brands and is designed to feel like a moment of discovery. “That’s 15–20 reasons to come and try,” Easley says. “Our clients come to us to discover these brands and we help style them. They want to buy three to five things and learn how to pair them with what they already have in their closet. It’s about brand knowledge, styling tips—truly personalized shopping. We’ve perfected trunk shows. It’s like opening a new store every single day.”
These temporary boutiques unfold inside real homes, meaning the setting is layered with authenticity. "We're setting up in someone's living room, next to their art, their dog, their child coming in from school—it’s real life. And that’s what makes it special,” Easley notes. Unlike a sterile store or an online interface, each pop-up becomes a living, breathing showcase for fashion in the context of real women’s lives.
This idea of fashion as connection—not just consumption—has earned Maison Marché mentions in Vogue, Women’s Wear Daily, Forbes, InStyle, and beyond. But more importantly, it’s cultivated a devoted clientele that returns again and again not only for the clothes but for the experience. Whether introducing romantic dresses from Latin America or chic hand beaded jewelry, every brand is selected to bring something new to the table without overlapping in aesthetic.
Easley’s taste, honed by decades of experience, is one of Maison Marché’s greatest assets. She finds deep creative inspiration in the textures, colors, and craftsmanship of places like Cartagena, Mexico City, Marrakesh, and Paris. “I go to these places to see my designers, meet new ones, and just take it all in,” she says. These global influences are reflected in the offerings at Maison Marché—timeless yet exciting, refined yet spirited.
Her latest evolution? Voyages. Launching soon, this new arm of Maison Marché will take small groups of clients on curated trips to cities around the world—Paris, Marrakesh, Mexico City—where they’ll meet designers in their studios, shop one-of-a-kind pieces, and immerse themselves in local style and culture. “It’s what I’m most excited about,” Easley says. “It brings everything I love—travel, discovery, connection—into one incredible experience.”
Even when she’s not hosting a fête or globe-trotting, Easley stays connected to her clients through the Maison Marché Journal, where she shares styling tips, brand spotlights, and seasonal reflections. Whether writing about her own “high summer” style philosophy or highlighting brands like Alessandra Petersen, her voice is always warm, knowledgeable, and just a little playful.
At its core, Maison Marché is about celebrating the thrill of discovery and the joy of style. It’s not about trends for trends’ sake—it’s about helping women feel confident, expressive, and just a little more themselves. Easley has created not just a business, but a lifestyle—one where every piece has a story, and every purchase feels like a personal triumph.
In an age of algorithms and one-click convenience, Maison Marché reminds us that the best fashion moments happen in real life—with a friend, in a living room, while sipping something cold, surrounded by clothes that make you feel something. And thanks to Sarah Easley’s vision, that kind of magic is always just a fête away.
