For the first time since trends in tresses featured teased bangs and mullets, HOMEARAMA® is returning to Loveland! The walk-through home show was last here in 1989—if you’ve never been, now’s your chance to experience the festivities close to home at ChimneyRidge, just north of historic downtown off SR 48. If you have been, you already know how exciting and inspiring a tour of freshly built luxury homes can be. Pro tip: come prepared to take notes (and pictures)!
Produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati with presenting sponsors JP Flooring Design Center and Two Men And A Truck, this year’s show will feature six homes in a variety of architectural styles (including a tiny home!)—plus you’ll experience the craftsmanship of participating builders AR Homes®, Drees Homes, Fry Homes, Justin Doyle Homes, and WP Land Company.
Between the expert work of builders, landscapers and interior design professionals, you’ll find tons of inspiration for your future dream home or current improvement projects. To top it off, explore the all-new ChimneyRidge neighborhood, featuring quaint gaslights, old-world charm, and large, sloping lots nestled among the woods—just a mile away from downtown Loveland.
With so much to see, this is a tour to take at your own pace. Some visitors cruise through each home in 20 minutes—others go slow, picturing themselves entertaining, relaxing and making family memories in the spaces, noticing the smaller details, gathering ideas. You might even pretend the luxury surroundings are your own—dreaming and planning are all part of the HOMEARAMA® fun.
“Inside each house, you’ll find beautiful design work and decor featuring trendy furniture, window treatments, lighting and more,” says Lora Brand, HBA of Greater Cincinnati’s executive director. “Kitchens are always a big draw, too—seeing the latest appliances in a real setting.”
Home offices are also trending (no surprise!), with plenty of inspiration to improve your own. Whimsical kids’ rooms and master bedrooms are sure to spark ideas as well. But no HOMEARAMA® tour is complete without swooning over the luxury baths, laundry rooms and walk-in closets—they’re unreal. Fair warning—there’s a good chance the entertainment areas (inside and out) will make your heart skip a beat.
A tiny home is also back on the tour. “Visitors loved the tiny house at last year’s show. You’ll be surprised how much style and functionality can be packed into just a few hundred square feet,” Lora says.
