It's a big responsibility and comes with extra pressure and dedication; there really are no days off. You're thinking about it constantly and it's hard to turn off. But it's also extremely rewarding. Seeing the transformation, earning the trust and respect of my customers, leading my own crew. I get to build a future for my family while building my character simultaneously. It challenges me to be better every day. I like that I can control and maintain a high standard of quality. I trust my approach more than anyone else's, and I find a lot of satisfaction getting to deliver that. I'm proud of the work I do and often drive by to check on how it's doing years later."
