Not everyone has the time to meal prep for the whole week at once because it requires hours in the kitchen.
If you like fresh food daily, like me, then here's a quick and simple meal you'll love!
1lb of salmon: season with Adobo & fresh ground pepper, place on baking sheet. Bake at XXX degrees for XX minutes
Cut 2-3 small red potatoes into bite-size chunks & place them in a resealable bag. Drizzle a little light olive oil over the potatoes, and sprinkle with fresh oregano & basil. Shake the bag to coat evenly. Place in oven-safe glassware and bake at 385 degrees for 60-75 minutes.
Do what I do; make this first thing in the morning. While you're going through your morning routine: shower, dress, and get the kids ready; your food will cook slowly. When it's completed, cut the salmon in half and split the potatoes evenly.
You just prepared 2 lunches…all while going about your usual crazy morning routine.
