Tucked into downtown Gainesville's 4th Avenue Food Park, Fehrenbacher's Meats and Eats has grown from a farmers market hobby into a beloved butcher shop, retail store, and deli. Chef Adam Fehrenbacher, whose career spans 30 years & seven countries, first opened the storefront location in 2017. Every product is made without additives, preservatives, or fillers, using traditional techniques and locally sourced ingredients. What began as Fehrenbacher's Artisan Sausage has expanded into Fehrenbacher's Meats & Eats offering premium cuts of locally raised beef, organic chicken, cured and smoked meats, plus handcrafted sausages alongside inspired sandwiches, salads, wraps, and charcuterie boards. Guests can enjoy their meal with ice cold beers from local breweries under a covered patio while taking in the beautiful nature at the 4th Ave food park. Open six days a week, Tuesday through Sunday, Fehrenbacher's remains one of Gainesville's premier culinary destinations.
