"I love building relationships with clients. One of my favorite things is meeting people and being able to build a bond with them over mental and physical relief," says Deanna. "It seems like we always put ourselves last on the list of things to take care of, so it's a beautiful thing when people come into Essential Escape for a spa treatment."
When this customer service model is combined with Essential Escape's welcoming environment and unmatched spa services, it's no wonder why the spa has experienced so much success in its first year of business.
"We have been extremely busy since opening a year ago. I am so grateful for the support that we have seen and continue to see from the community," Deanna says. "My goal has always been for Essential Escape to be a sanctuary for people to visit and escape the everyday stressors of life. I want them to leave feeling replenished, relaxed and rejuvenated. The support we receive from the community means that more people get to experience that and it makes all of the hard work we put in worth it."
Some of the services offered at Essential Escape are massage, facial, spray tan, yoga and hair removal. Best of all, each service can be customized to meet an individual client's needs.
In 2023, Deanna will be introducing additional services like a sauna, vichy shower, soaker tub and nail care. She says, "We are really looking forward to growth. In addition to introducing new services, we will be partnering with various organizations to give back to the community and invest in the area that we love."
