Ann Cha is a board-certified OB/GYN offering women a safe and judgment-free environment. After nearly 20 years of experience working in large medical groups, she opened her own practice in the Johns Creek area so that she could have the freedom and flexibility to meet patients' health and wellness needs with the latest medical technologies and alternative therapies available. At Women's Health Specialists of North Atlanta, she focuses on hormones, minimally invasive robotic surgeries, and vaginal rejuvenation with laser therapy. Ann lives in Duluth with her two daughters and husband. In her free time, she enjoys perfecting her downward facing dog, playing tennis with friends, and adventuring to exotic locales. Here are some of Dr. Cha's favorite things.
The Ordinary is a company that brings quality products without the high prices. I use the Buffet at night to help combat aging. I've noticed an improvement in my fine lines and I wake up with a glow.
These pants are lightweight and super comfortable. I wear them all weekend!
Sunscreen is a must to help protect the skin. It's a physical defense sunscreen and is good for mature skin.
Women are multitaskers. We are mothers, daughters, caregivers, and all-around superwomen. We are busy and too often neglect ourselves. This Mother's Day, I encourage women to take the time to take care of themselves. As a gynecologist, I love helping women get their feminine wellness needs met with Votiva, which helps address the vaginal changes that occur from physical damage, aging and hormonal changes.
This is a "grippy" yoga mat. Yoga helps with balance, endurance, flexibility, and strength—important for maintaining an independent life as we get older. Bonus, it give you wicked strong toned arms to book, which is perfect for the summer!
A favorite place to eat for lunch and dinner with the family is Le Mekong Cuisine. The pho here tastes clean and homemade.
