A Horseshoe Bend Resident and Realtor Invested in Roswell's Growth and Success

You're one of Roswell's biggest fans. How do you see the city changing and evolving in the next year?

We love the central location Roswell offers, with close proximity to malls, restaurants and attractions, and ease of access to GA400 and I-85. Roswell has so much to offer when it comes to food and activities, there is never an evening where we have a hard time deciding what to do. Regarding change, the dramatic increase of apartment communities and residential home construction will definitely impact traffic, and not in a good way.

What makes your team uniquely poised to help buyers and sellers reach their dreams.

Real estate agents are a dime a dozen, but a real estate agent who gives personal attention and honest services—that’s Six Degrees Consulting. Clients in need of buying and/or selling under voluntary or involuntary circumstances can turn to us. As a residential and commercial real estate broker, I am committed to giving unparalleled dedication to every client. My team understands real estate and concentrates on the desired outcome for clients. We work to find your best future—not the best sale for us.

Where do you like to grab lunch, coffee and a nice dinner?

We have a lot of favorites in Roswell….Butcher & Brew, Dreamland and Smokejack BBQ, Table & Main, and From The Earth Brewing to name a few. Cafe Au Lait and Ground and Pound are awesome, locally-owned breakfast spots and perfect for morning meetings.

The market is on fire now and you're in the thick of it.

The current climate we are in is unlike any the Atlanta and Roswell markets have seen in years. The combination of low-interest rates, high lumber prices, low inventory and a general desire to move out of urban areas adds up to a sellers’ market, with homes receiving multiple offers and many times above asking price. We forecast this trend to last until around next Spring.
